If you had film equipment before a DSLR, did you sell it? if so, did you regret selling it and if not do you regret keeping it?

I did not sell my film camera and 98% of my gear can be used with my DSLR.

I can't see selling my film camera, there are still times when I feel like shooting film, especially because of the 1.6 crop factor on the 20D...I can still get wider shots on film. It's also a nice back up.

I kept my film camera and I went with a Nikon DSLR with the intent of using the same gear for both bodies. I find that film still does a better job in some areas and I still like to shoot it occasionaly.

My first SLR was a D70. Then I bought to film slr's, a N90s and a F100. I love shooting both.

Nope. I havent gotten rid of my film gear. I found out after buying my 300D that I need a FILM SLR to do my course.

Oh well. At least I got my 300D
