Eagle almost takes my head off.........

    Stopped by the nest the other day for a few shots. I was in between the nest and the other tree they like to perch in. Pop's jumped out of the nest, came right toward me and landed in the tree next to me. What a rush!!!

    No blind is ever used. These guys are like family to me!!:p

    If a Eagle sees a human on foot around here. They are outa here, pronto! Gotta stay in the car, if you open the door, wave goodbye to the Eagle. that's all you'll get. They fly downriver and don't come back.....Mike

    If I didn't know better, I think this eagle may be tired of you photographing him, and he was trying to grab the camera....

    Maybe they are gettin to know you a bit! I like how he is coming right at you an d you can see the nest in the rear. Great Shot, nice lighting there.
