Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hello all,
So my friend has suggested that we increase our scope of Wedding/Club events to the treacherous world of DSLR Videography. So I heard many good reviews for the D7000 and its photography capabilities and not much about its video, it seems that its good and is about as good as it gets right now in the <$1500 price bracket. But the past crown is apparently held by the T3i.
So I was wondering if I could get any input on what the best way to go is?
Also I would still be using these on locations to do some photos as well.
So priority is photo but would use to capture those moments on video where a picture just doesn't do it justice.

Well, I guess I would take it up a notch since you are all in with Canon, to the 7D, since I have one and with the new firmware fix its far better for video. But be aware there's no earphone jack to monitor live sound, nor XLR jack, unless you drop another $400 plus on a Beachtek pre-amp.

And there is the rub regarding doing high quality video with a DSLR camera - the cost of accessories.

By the time you buy sound gear, shoulder mounts, hand grips, follow focus gear, a quality monitor, matte boxes, a good mount, maybe a good video head for a tripod - you've spent another $1500 to $6000 - or more.
