    what tools do you use paint bucket because i use paint bucket.

    great photo... ok I don't really like the angle but the idea and the topic of the shot are really great :)

    I used the grey scale and invert

    Distracting or part of the image/story..... is what is hidden back there why the waterworks?..... good image.... i think i would like the blue to be subtle... I am not a fan of inset colour so what do I know.... but as a gentle additive to a monochrome image I think it works better... good photoshop work tho :D
