Taken at a fireworks display set to music. Summer of 2006, D70, Tamron 28-300, monopod.

I like the last one best, no idea why.

How do I improve either the technique or the image?

    Peanuts,

It was indeed Globalfest on South African night. Totally awesome experience, even for 5 year old Boo.

Must be difficult to capture fireworks because of the lighting (I've never tried) but you've done a great job there!
