OK,
Off all the versions... I like the very first one - crazy colors and all - w/o the green bar (I just scrolled my browser to "crop" it). I don't know why but there's something about the yellows in the shoes that I really like.

that second BW is my fave. alot of contrast helps in this one. i think the original color one might of had a tad too much saturation. That level of color often looks great, but with a person you might want more accurate skin tones. great capture!

I like the first BW. the color shot... in the face is way too orange. Maybe pull back the midtones of Magenta and Yellow.. cool shot.

i like the contrast taht u added to ur last one...but even the original one is nice. i like the message of the picture. very deep

I like it without the green bar, but I love the colors of the first post. Definately something off there, but it looks like vintage color. I'm a BW guy, and I think this image looks best in color. Great shot!
