Frozen Little Susitna River

Very nice; i'm a sucker for creamy water, but I think in this case it might be just a little too much of a good thing?

Maybe so, but I was running out of time to dial in the exposure, and this was a tricky one. I might take another stab at it with a stack of lighter ND filters instead of the 10-stop to get the shutter time down a little.

wow....compliments...;-)

I kinda like the water.

I'd just like to see the image leveled off and maybe brought up 1/3 stop or so.

Heck, I was focusing on working on the light and lens distortion so much I missed that the horizon is way off. Good catch.

One advantage of the way overdone long exposure water is that it makes a really strong contrast with the hard ice overhanging it.

Reset the transform and crop overlay, corrected the rotation as well as I could and then did the transform and crop. Also brought the global exposure up, with brush adjustments to bring the water and sky back down. Very subtle differences, but I think it's an improvement over the original.

Not sure that what I've done here is really worthy of such high praise, but thank you all the same!
