FS: 24-105 L w/ pouch, hood, manual, box

Hello,
I got this lens towards the end of 2006. I now have a 28-70L that fits my needs more. The date code is UUxxxx. I believe I have everything it came with (pouch, 2 caps, manual, warranty card).
The imperfections I see are:
One spot on the lens near the center, I've never noticed anything wrong w/ the pictures, but I can take some shots if requested.
Scuff marks on both sides of the lens hood.
Box has some marks where the sticker price used to be.

Looking for $825 shipped USPS priority w/ confirmation. I'm a packrat, so I haven't sold much, but I've bought lots of stuff from ebay under the name dxjabrone.
