Getting the BLUE out

We have begun developing a very large e-commerce site and are struggling for images from vendors and have moved into taking out own images. We have created a light box, using a Cannon Rebel with a redirected flash, and are experimenting with all sorts of different types of lights from 100W bright white, natural, to high wattage halogen lights and we continue to chase a rainbow of colors that surround our images that are on a pure white poster board.

We are currently struggling to get rid of the blue color that dominates the image. Any ideas from you professionals on what we might try to get white to be white!
