Hello Again Everyone,
So I have extended into video from from photography and recently got the Glidecam HD-4000 with the Manfrotto 577 QR Plate. Either I am REALLY dump, or someone forgot how physics works and applies to physical space.
The tightening knob to lock in the camera to the mount CANNOT rotate with the small gap between the plate and base of the camera, simply cannot be done. The knob is about 3/4" inch long and the space for it to rotate is less than 1/2" inch; therefore, I cannot tighten the camera down to prevent movement and fully secure it for balancing.
This is the EXACT link of purchase: Glidecam HD4000 Stabilizer System With 577 QR Plate Kit B&H
Any advice, suggestions, personal experience...?
