Half eaten butterfly

It's a Comma!

A Comma, wow thanks for you help, did you know this, or did you look it up? Is it very common around here in Europe? It's probably the most known butterfly ever, but I haven't really paid attention to butterflies at all before I started photographing them. Thanks so much!

I searched for it on Google and found out that this is a male Eastern Comma Butterfly. Super! I finally found it, thanks to you

yeah I knew it no need to look it up, common here in the Uk. Pleased to help. ERM...can't say I knew what sex it was though
