I have decided on one or two kits for my camera, a d80 with one lens 18-135mm or a d80 with 18-55 and 70-300mm. Both are same price any ideas which one i should use... I figure the 18-55 and 70-300 is a better deal? but I Just want to make sure this a package for 1,269.00 dollars :(

18-135. It's just easier and about the same of quality.

im still if'y on this because I have been hearing the 70-300 is really nice and it will allow me be a father way... do you thing that really matters.. im going to be doing city views and buildings, walls etc. Urban shots etc. and some forest /close up shots as well

A lot of people complain about the geometrical distortion of the 18-135 lens, and if you're going to be shooting a lot of buildings this may bother you. Aside from that, I hear it is very sharp and a great lens otherwise.
