Help with SUN Spot

I dont know how to remove this spot on the nose.. Was wondering if someone would be able to help here.. I am not to photoshop smart just yet, but learning.. Thanks!

Hard to tell with such a small image...but that's one duzey of a sun spot.

Might not be too hard to fix though.
One method would be...Get in close and use the clone stamp (with soft brush & low oppacity). Do it a little bit at a time. Maybe try the healing tool as well. As always, work on a separate layer from the background. You can adjust the opacity of the fixing layer to keep it from looking too fixed.

You could try selecting the faces and making a new layer, then on that layer...select just the highlights (just the flare) and use levels or curves to tone it down. You could also try to bring up the rest of the faces along with darkening the spot....to sort of meet in the middle.

Even with a lot of "photoshop smarts", that spot would be hell to remove.

Personally, if you have the option to do so, I'd just retake the photo.

Yes, I would like to try also if you have a larger version....I'm not promising that it's going to be that good but I would like to try...
