How can i take equivalent exposures if my camera only has shutter priority?
In other words i have an automatic light meter in my camera (aperture)
but can't figure out the appropriate settings for the shutter speed.

And what if it where fully manual? you wouldn't just guess without any
meter reading capability would you?

Thanks to anyone who can answer this question.

if you are using shutter priority......aperature will be determined for you...however......if you exceed the fastest shutter speed you can use....then your camera will indicate that exposure is too low......

there is no setting for shutter speed....shutter speed is just how fast you want the shutter to open and close.....there is appropriate shutter speed for different situation (minimum shutter speed)...but there is not much to set....
