One of the reasons I love living in Delaware is the coastal waterway. It's also a major migratory route for several species so we have birds here all year. Rt. 9 south runs along most of this waterway so I usually drive along until I see something good. I had to stop where I saw a bunch of guys fishing and I'm glad I did. C+C welcome.

most of the right side could/should be cropped off. You generally want to give animals in motion 'more room' towards 'where they're going' than 'where they're coming from'.

I was thinking about that as I did the post on this shot. Thanks for the advice. Anything else? I just happened to see him coming in but I didn't have time to change my settings.
