instruction Manual for nikon 80-200 F2.8....

Hi all I am new to photog. and got a used 80-200 F2.8 and was looking to find a instruction, or user guid to this lens....
any ideas were I can find one?

I found this manual for a Nikon AF 70-200 lens. I don't know how the 70-200 compares to the 80-200, though. :er:

What would an instruction manual tell you that is not intuitive? I didn't even know lenses had instruction manuals.
