Photos NOT OK to edit
Okay, so I'm using an FM10 and on the Nikon site, it says that the FM10 can use the following lens types: Usable Lenses: All Nikkor AF-D, AI-P, AF-I, AI-S and AF-S lenses.

The B&H site has a lens that I'm looking to get (80-200mm) as a D-AF autofocus lens.

I don't think that there's a difference in the transposition of the D/AF, but I could be wrong. Can anyone clear this up for me?

It's also an autofocus lens, but the FM10 doesn't have CPU contacts for the autofocus, it should still work fine in manual focus though, right?

I would expect that it will work perfectly with manual focus but I can't speak from experience. If you're in the states, why not call B&H?

It will work fine, but it's an FM, so you'll have no AF.

I used my 80-200 AF-D on my FE alot and it worked perfect every time.

Basically, if it's an F-mount lens that's AI'd You can use anything with an aperture ring on it.
