This was shot a few weeks ago. A storm was coming in off the water and here's the result. C&C welcome

It needs some noise cleanup, but it's lovely.

It might be a result of reducing the image down in size, but it doesn't look like anything in the scene is in sharp focus. How was it taken - handheld, longish exposure?

I think with a little dodging and burning though, you could extract rather more drama out of the scene
