Yes I agree quite busy. I think it would've been better if you would've freezed the subject more significantly in the image and complimented it with the ghosting.

I am trying to say, that it's very difficult to make so precision moving with Canon 100-400 lens from 50 meters in 0.6 sec exposure time. It was done without tripod.
