Male & Female Painted Buntings

I wish I could get them to sit still long enough! I now have 3 Males and 3 Females Painted Buntings hanging in my backyard. Hopefully the will stay for 6 weeks like last year

Love the colors of that little guy! I wish birds looked like this around here, they couldn't get away that easily in the snow Like you said, they seem to be always on the move, your pictures are a little soft, but still great pictures! I'm looking forward for a still picture of the male.
