It would seem that it does.

Edit: I think you can view a PDF of the manual online [ame=http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect-to-external-url/ref=mt_mo_view_28553/103-2231186-9313467?path=http%3A//media-server.amazon.com/exec/drm/digital/moleproxy.cgi%3Fname%3DQ2Fub24gRU9TIEVsYW4gN25lIFNMUiBDYW1lcmEgQm9keSBPbmx5IE1hbnVhbA%3D%3D%26file%3DTUFOVUFMMDAwMDQ4NDA3LnBkZg%3D%3D&append-uid=no]here[/ame]

Usually mirror lock up is in the custom functions. I can't remember either if it has that feature.

Yours is the same as my 7n except for the eye control stuff.

It's custom function 5... Go to CF5 and turn it from "0" to "1". Then, your first shutter press flips up the mirror and the second one fires the shutter and drops the mirror back down. If you use the selftimer, the mirror flips up a few seconds before the shutter fires, and you only have to press the shutter button once for this to happen.
