I really like the look in number 1.

Number 2 is super sharp, and it has stunning color.

3 is a little too harsh for me, and is a bit soft.

4 seems sharp, but the color and contrast are a little dull.

The first two are really good, though the first COULD do with some more brightness, unless you really wanted a flower photo to be so dark.

The third is a blooper to my mind, the background is way too bright, twig and leaves get a purple outline from overexposure and what comes with it (chromatic abberration could be the expression of choice here, but I'm not sure, to be honest), plus with the wrong settings - too slow shutter speed - you got camera shake, too.

The last is a wonderful flower, but the light is the least intersting here.

Thanking you for the comments, i've defo decided to bin no 3. i was trying to get the petals to have a see-through effect, but the overexposure ruined the rest of the pic! i'll try again with different light settings me thinks!

That first one is really nice, quite mysterious... love its mood!

The number 3 is a little bit overexposed.

Number 2 and 4 are less interesting that the 1st one, I think. They're good for botanical pics but don't get a real interest for artistic photos ; )
