Well since this is a Fuji Point and Shoot, I was able to just slide my finger over the flash and get the reflection off of my finger to give a red hue.

This is a straight raw photo from the camera. No Lamps were used, this is the Inbody Flash

Try cropping just the eye, maybe having a few parts around it.. post it then..
