My Jeep

I took this while taking the pictures of lightning
a few weeks back. The vertical stripes is the rain
coming down, reflecting off the light. I was aiming
at the tower in the background, trying to get some
lightning.

Perhaps not cutting the shadow of the Jeep in half would add to the photo?

Just a thought...

lots of dead space at the top left. Maybe there's more stuff of interest to the right of the frame. Looks like that might be a better composition dunno.

Man, I didn't even think of that!
I think I was trying to keep from
shooting the street light, that was
to the right of the Jeep. Now that
you brought it up, I should have moved
the tripod to the right, then maybe take
the shot with the Jeep at a slight angle.
That way I could have gotten the shadow,
and kept the street light out of the picture.

Yeah on the top left there should have been
a bolt of lightning. I was hoping to get a
shot with the lightning coming in from the left,
possibly towards the tower.

On the original a tighter crop would perhaps serve better and also a different angle so you wouldn't get so much flare. WB is always tricky with these but maybe just a hint colder...

For BuS_RiDeR, great editing otherwise but you burned out the white in the rocks and front of the car.

Yeah... It was just a quick edit... I wasn't trying to make it better... Just have some fun.
