I would say the last one would be my favorite to. #3 is really adorable.

Cute little girl! I do have a few suggestions for these pictures. For #1, I would have loved to see her looking more toward the camera. I love when there is a connection with the eyes. #2 The background is a little distracting and really takes away from your baby. You may consider cropping and if you have the ability, I would try to lighten up her face a tiny. #3 is my favorite. I still would crop it a bit to focus more on her. #4 is darling! I would increase brightness though. Good job on these!

She's precious! I love the last two. Too bad the spot in the third is so overexposed, I would suggest cropping it, and maybe adjusting the colors just a bit to take the pink tone out. I love the last. Brighting it some would help. The soft lighting is nice for baby photos. Good job.
