Very nice shots, looks like a great place to holiday.

The cropping of shot 1 and 3 could be a little better. You've cut out the right of the building in shot 3, and I'd like to see the whole of that tree in shot 1. They both look fantastic as-is though - A better crop would just impress me further.

As for shot 2, it's a little dark. There's a fine line for how much light you can allow into the lens without losing the glow of a sunset, but in my view you got it much better in shot 1. Try some post processing on shot 2 and see what comes of it. Maybe even cropping out the dark water will add to the effect?

I had a play with your second shot. You might get better results with the RAW data but I couldn't bring the exposure up very well so instead opted to take it down, blacking out the land considerably using both contrast and brightness settings in GIMP. I cropped the sky to take the distraction of the water away, and just to tidy up those dark clouds I added a subtle blue gradient to the top.
