(Not sure if you want comments/critique, but I'm going to give a little anyway...)
One thing that would make it better for me would be if the blood were running down - like you/she were/was laying there on the floor dieing.

Everything about this shot is good. But going on the previous premis, the blood on the mouth is OTT (over the top). The lighting is spot on, DoF as well. Processing couldn't be better.

Well done N... err... I mean Twig.

You really have a great shot here, but I think it'd be better and more believable if the blood were running down the face instead of across it(as previously mentioned). I do like the random "splatters" on the chest though. They add a nice touch.
