Need cheap flash compatible with Cactus V2s triggers.

I am looking for a cheap flash that is compatible with the cactus V2s receiver. I already have a Canon 430EX II but I want to get a couple of more flashes to help with aquarium photography. I don't need anything special, just something that works. I plan to have one flash directly above the aquarium and one to each side of it (300 gallon aquarium).

I am looking at the Vivitar DF22 but I don't know if it will work or not. I am open to any suggestions.
