I'm a new photographer, I want to buy a camera for around 250$ and I am really struggling to choose between some cameras, I searched for the best cameras for that price and Found multiple cameras including fujifilm xt1, but I am not sure of what to choose since I found newer models for almost the same prices, also some cameras come with lenses
Some of the cameras I found:
Old Fujifilm xt1 (9k clicks) with canon 50mm 1.4, canon 28mm 2.8, 80/200mm, 3x teleconverter and k3 mount fd, the cameras looks like new for 236$

Old Fujifilm xt1 with canon 50mm 1.7 and looks to be in good condition except some scratches, for 145$
Old Fujifilm Xt-100 + XC 15-44mm for 375$

fujifilm x-t10 16.3mpix + fujifilm fuji xc 16-50 mm f 3.5-5.6 ois ii silver + HOYA UX UV 58 mm filter Battery +charger+ 2 caps + sac caméra for around 272$
Canon 1300d + 18-55mm for around 202$
Canon t3i 600d for 263$
Canon eos m3 + 18-55mm for 1
60$
Olympus 10 ii for 150$

Hi, BahaE. When you say 250$, do you mean 250 US dollars? That is not very much money for a camera. Still, lots of old models take excellent pictures and may be in your budget. It is best to think about the kind of photography you want to do, and then narrow the choices down to cameras that will do that kind of photography. For a new photographer, I would suggest an APS-C camera with a normal-range zoom lens. When you find a camera, you can read about it online to help you decide if it is right for you. It might be a lot of reading, but we can't do it for you.

If you buy an old camera, make sure you can get memory cards for it. An old camera might not work with today's memory cards.

What do you want to photograph, and what will be the end use of your images? 250 of any country's dollars isn't much but, especially in the second-hand market, very well could be plenty for your needs.

I think I'd be leery of a used camera someone only wanted $250 for. If that is all you have to spend right now I'd look at used point and shoot camera's. A decent point and shoot does pretty much the same as a DSLR, they take picture's! With a point and shoot you'd spend more time taking picture's than trying to figure out the camera. Thing I've always found is that the more you pay for a camera, the harder it is to figure out how to actually work it. These days my most used camera is a point and shoot. Goes into a pouch on my belt then every where with me! I think it takes as good photo's as my DSLR and much more portable.
