Need help choosing a lens for my Nikon D3000

I'm looking for new lenses and have no clue what I'm doing. I like to do macro and I like to be able to zoom in close.

My camera came with a 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX VR Nikkor Zoom Lens but I'm looking into a Tamron AF 70-300mm for Nikon BIM f4-5.6 Di LD Macro with hood and a Nikon AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D.

Does anyone have any experience with these lenses or can anyone give me any advice?

The AF 50mm f/1.8D lens will not auto-focus with the Nikon D3000 camera. Consider the $200 AF-S DX 35mm f/1.8G or the $440 AF-S 50mm f/1.4G, instead. These AF-S lenses have the focus motor built into the lens.
