This is a candid shot of my nephew picking a flower. I'm really new at this so comments, suggestions, ideas, etc are welcome!

My suggestion would be to get low! I mean, the top of the head of your nephew is nice, but i would like to see his face better.
This is especially true since he is looking down.

Yes I agree...this shot would have been great down at his eye level or lower.

Nice job. I agree with ^^. I know how hard it is to catch a good face shot with a young one on the move.
