New Flash

I just picked up a SB700 over the weekend. I was planning on getting a tripod first, but wanted to get a flash too, so I got it.

Now, I need to learn how to use this thing. I have been reading Scott Kelby's books in my spare time, but is there a good online resource to help me understand a few basics? I don't mind to read, but would prefer a tutorial video. Any good ones on YouTube?

Thanks KMH, that video was great! I will look into the book, too.

I started reading the Strobist 101 tutorial last night...that is a lot of data to absorb. Thanks for the point outs in the right direction. I will have to start experimenting and post a few images soon.
