Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II AF-S DX

Any thoughts on the Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II AF-S DX for a D3200?

I have also found this lens without the VR for a much cheaper price. Is this lens any good and is the VR worth the extra $100?

But if you are referring to how still my hands are, I have never had an issue with blurred shots under within normal ranges
