Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens

I have this lens, purchased with my D40 (VR!!). NEVER USED, BRAND NEW! I need to sell this to get a better lens. The lens goes for around $200 on ebay but there fees are now ridiculous. Please help a student and get this off my hand.
