Nikon Autotimer, Model CFMA

I'm searching for an image of the Nikon Autotimer, Model CFMA. This device was made for timelapse imaging in laboratories and was essentially an intervalometer that was attached to Bolex H16 RX4 or RX5 motion picture cameras.

Further details of the operation of this device would be welcome also.

Looks like that was made just for the Bolex 16mm movie camera. There is a picture of it connected to this camera about half-way down this web-site:

In 2014 I was able to acquire one of these versatile and apparently uncommon intervalometers (attached to a Bolex H16 M4 camera).

I have an F5 w/MF-28 multi-function back that allows time lapse photography. They are reliable and can be had relatively cheap these days.
