"Now you look after that flag"

While waiting for the Santa Claus parade to start, I had a chance to wander around Queens Park and check out the statues to honor the early members of government. This is one of ...I think it was George Brown, who was in office in the mid 1800's
I wanted to capture a feel of distance, between the statue and the flag, to sort of symbolize the distance the country has come.

This is for JonMikal...looks kinda familiar.
