hello Colin. that place looks on its last legs. i like photography from this time of day...the stark contrast and the golden hues. nice shots.

Thanks, man! It has looked like that for years. I have no idea how it's still standing. When you are walking around it, you can hear it creaking and moving in the wind. Kinda creepy actually!

what's the general practice with rambling around on open land in Texas, Colin? do you have anything like Public Rights of Way across some farm land? ..and yes, that structure looks like it might collapse anytime although someone still is keeping hay bales in the loft.

Well, my family actually owns the land across the road, and I know the guy that owns the land that the barn is on. I told him I wanted to get some shots of it a while back, and he just told me to go out there whenever.

Yeah, I guess it's not completely abandoned. Just thought that was a good description for it I guess. :thumbup:
