If the water was your subject, you might want to zoom a bit tighter on it. There's a lot going on in the foreground and the sides that is a wee-bit distracting and pulls attention away from the water in the center. Also, try maybe moving your subject out of the center of the pic.

Very nicely done, though in terms of getting that silky effect with the water and not over-exposing too badly!

its a cool picture, but in my opinion a bit oversharpened, it might be my eyes, because ive been either thinking things are soft or oversharpened lately but anyways..
