Orcas

This is the sculpture at my college... they look like commas to me, but they're supposed to be Orcas, which are our mascot.

My eyes are much drawn towards that grey autumn sky in the background here, above the lovely coloured red bushes, and it seems as if those clouds are actually being driven by some wind ... but I may as well be hallucinating since that is so EXACTLY the sky I am seeing when I look out of the window now .

Anyhow, I like the composition here but am wondering if I really care so much for the white edge of this pool/fountain (?)...

Anyhow, I do like the three layers of orcas, red bushes and grey sky!

Thanks Snownow and LaFoto... I wasn't sure about that white at the bottom, but I decided that it added to the composition, for me anyway. =)
