    Lighting is good in each of these, since you met there quite early in the morning, so I heard and saw (!) in AIRIC's photos already, but since I am now hidden behind our sofa, sulking and feeling envious at your chances and capabilities to take such gorgeous, wonderful, lovely lit and very detailed close-up photos of your geese and other birds in the swamp, I cannot say any more. *moves head back behind the sofa with a grumpy look on her face*

    Nice work Peter. Those Canada Geese only hold the pose for a few seconds and you captured them nicely.

    Yea Corrina makes me smile. Raymond my best guess it is a female North American Goldfinch.

    Yep, that little beak is the giveaway - perfect little finch! :)
