Partial 'Image Tags'

Been noticing quite a few instances of this:

No image is shown, and right-clicking/Show Image produces nothing. But there IS an image there...... and it's just a white pixel.

At first, I noticed them on noobs posts, thinking they were failed links written by spambots. But they're showing up in posts as well as signatures of regular members.

I get them too sometimes while using Firefox. Clearing my cache normally fixes the problem...
