Its a good theme with the 'heavenly lights' and the 'manmade' lights. I dig it.
One thing you may want to try (post scanning) is to localise the contrast on the sunbeams (if you contrast up the whole picture you would blow out the highlights). Its a very striking picture, I would just like to see slightly more contrast in the sunbeams

Brooding to say the least. Happy mistakes often provide great results. I enjoy how the telephone poles take me out of the frame and into the clouds. I second the motion for more contrast in the sun beams.
