Pentax Battery Grip?

Does anyone know if this battery grip is compatable with the Pentax IST DL?

Just look at the Pentax website I did and with jus a cursory glance it would seem that there are no grips available for the ist-d cameras. I suggest their website as a good starring point for an accessory search then got to catalog sites and do a search with any product number you find.

I believe that one is for the film version and looks like the bg20. They make one for the ist D which was the first dslr model and one for the k10 the newer one, but I'm not sure if either work for the models in between. I would think this one for the ist D would work, but not sure. It's kinda pricey. I too would like to have a grip for portrait mode but not this bad. I do have one for the 35mm and it works very well.

The *ist DS/DL or K110/110 models won't work with the battery grip designed for the original *ist-D; they just don't have the connections.[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif][/FONT]
