It only works as Art if it has value - and the ones that make you laugh because the artist was taking the p*ss have value. It's when the artist takes themself seriously that problems occur.
Duchamp was making a point about the nature of Art - basicaly trying to get people to re-examine their pre-conceived notions of it.
As for the others - some are having fun, some are just pretentious and at least one got a sexual thrill out of watching people urinate. Make up your own minds which fit where.
