Photoshop Elements - photomerging not working

I have Photoshop Elements 12
on Windows 8.1
with the Legacy feature turned on

my main issue is NO Merging features are showing
Normally you do File, New, Photomerge Panaroma

I have the mode in Expert
But my menu only contains Blank File & Image from Clipboard

and the Help, About Plug-in, Photomerge ..
states the copyright notice and description

but this features seems MIA on my computer

Any ideas on how to get this features available on my computer ?

Nevermind,
I found it under Enhance.

I must have been looking at an older version demo on YouTube.
I'm all set

a pretty neat feature.

Now I can just stitch together big moon shots once the weather and moon cooperates

But in Post # 2 I stated I found it, it was on a different menu option.
then the subsequent posts I gave some examples of a couple photos I stitched together.
So I'm all set.
