I think it's seriously lacking in an anchor for the subject--he's just sort of floating there, on a building ledge or bridge or overpass or something; I do like the background,and I think the way the cars with their OOF headlights render is kind of interesting, but the guy needs to be shown sitting, to prevent that sort of "floating" feeling.

I like it. I don't see where anything is wrong personally. Although I tend to look at things as if I were there taking the shot.
