    Well...probably not the best captures in the world...but for those who did not get to see this wonderful event, I thought that I would share the ones that I have. Like I said, not the best of captures, but now I have some notes for the next one. C/C always welcome and thanks for looking.

    I like the way you presented the moon (& eclipse) from the beginning to the end, all in one photo. Under the shooting circumstances, I'd say you did a pretty good job. After all the moon is more than just a couple of miles away.

    Wow, you did a much better job than I did, LOL! Here's mine:

    I had forgotten to take my spotting scope, tripod and good camera out of the guest room, and my parents were visiting and asleep, so I had to handhold my silly little automatic camera.

    Care to share your settings? :)

    Well done ClarkKent! I too like how you combined the shots showing the onset/end of the eclipse. And you got good detail of the moon's surface.
