It needs to be cleaned, lubed, new mirror and ground glass. A nice tune up. Any camera repair people here? or know of a good camera repair shop?

Harry Fleenor is considered one of the best Rollei repair guys. Just search for him and it'll pop up.

Thanks! That's what I needed to know. I knew of Mark Hama for Yashica repairs but wondered if there was one for Rollei's. The lens I have is the Tessar before they had lens coating. Still should create some good shots though

My husband shoots a MX EV, 3.5 Schneider lens that I think is circa 1954-55? I'll have to get him to check out this site, since he keeps commenting the mirror is getting too dull. I would imagine a general cleaning wouldn't hurt a bit, if I could get him to part with it that long. :D

Voo, surely there are other places that restore older models.....

Tempe Camera Repair? They're pretty good but I don't know if they will tackle the job.
