    This is my 3RD time looking at these shots. I kept thinking "Springs Here". At first, i was like where are the springs. Then i thought he means Spring the season but, i dont see any signs of life.(flowers, bugs etc.)

    Then it hit me. A small crack in the snow means things are warming up...lol Spring is here. I like it! I like the 2ns one best.

    If i should happen to be wrong, forget all of the above...lol

    Nice use of the curve in the second photo. I also like the contrast -- especially in the second one, I get a sense that the sun really is warm, and that snow won't stick around much longer.

    heh, the sign that spring is here is that i decided to go for a two hour walk with my camera, which means no gloves.

    and i was wrong too. the next day it dropped to -12C with 90km winds. i still went out for some pics but i almost lost a couple fingers.
