Rose and Glasses

I have two photos that I have taken. For the glass I have increased the exposure, but perhaps too much? And what about the rose?

nice to see another pentax user. IMO the glasses are too harsh, whereas the rose could use a little more saturation IMO.

i cant really give you a good review, because selective coloring is a hatred of mine, but i guess i can go with the fact the rose is slightly blury

i like selective color, if done right. Thats all i'll really say for that, i'm not really one to judge if yours was or not (personally i thought it looked good) but i really liked the glass one, it may be a tad too harsh, but i still like it anyway, i wish i could take pictures like that
